  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order ships (same or next day), you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will provide you with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update appropriately.
  • What dosage should I take and how?
    Our CBD oil was originally designed to be administered sublingually under the tongue for at least 30 seconds. We know that most people find the taste of CBD to be off-putting, which is why we expertly fused our CBD with natural peppermint extract for a cool, refreshing taste--and because it goes great with other foods!

  • Do you allow returns or exchanges?
    Yes. If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, we can certainly fix that for you! 4F Wellness stands by the quality of our CBD products and we want to ensure that every one of our customers know they are so appreciated! However, please note that if the product is damaged or shows signs of any use, then we cannot accept the return.

    Quickly and easily! Manage your subscription from anywhere. For subscription orders, you can easily manage your order, pause or skip a month, cancel, update your payment info, or change your shipping address by clicking the "Manage My Subsciption" link in the subscription confirmation email you were sent upon purchase. To locate this, search "4F CBD Subsciption Confirmation" in the search bar of the email address used to place the order.
